1. Services

2. Booking & Payments

Your event is not considered officially booked until all required booking requirements have been completed, which may include signing an agreement and paying the required retainer or deposit.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule stated in your agreement or invoice.

Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of services.

3. Retainers, Deposits & Refunds

Any retainer, deposit, or booking payment required to reserve an event date will be subject to the refund and cancellation terms stated in your individual service agreement.

Payments for services already performed are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the service and event.

Clients should notify DJ Trap as soon as possible if an event needs to be canceled, postponed, or rescheduled. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

The specific cancellation and rescheduling terms contained in your signed agreement will control if they differ from these general Terms.

5. Event Changes

Changes to event times, locations, services, equipment, or other booking details must be approved in advance.

Additional time, equipment, travel, special effects, or services requested after booking may result in additional fees.

6. Venue & Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate event and venue information and obtaining any permissions or approvals required for the services booked.

Certain services may require adequate electrical power, setup space, weather protection, venue approval, or other accommodations.

DJ Trap is not responsible for limitations imposed by a venue that prevent us from providing a booked service when those limitations were not disclosed before the event.

7. Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, clients must provide appropriate protection from rain, excessive heat, wind, moisture, and other conditions that could damage equipment or create unsafe working conditions.

DJ Trap reserves the right to discontinue or modify services when weather or environmental conditions create a safety risk.

8. Special Effects

Cold sparks, atmospheric effects, dancing-on-clouds effects, CO₂ effects, lighting, and similar services are subject to venue approval, applicable laws, safety requirements, and operating conditions.

A special effect may be modified or discontinued if DJ Trap determines that operating it would be unsafe or prohibited.

9. Equipment

All DJ Trap equipment remains the property of DJ Trap unless otherwise stated.

Clients and guests may be held responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence to equipment provided for an event.

10. Event Conduct & Safety

DJ Trap reserves the right to stop or suspend services if our staff, contractors, guests, or equipment are exposed to threatening, abusive, dangerous, or unlawful conditions.

Our priority is providing a safe and professional experience for everyone involved.

11. Music Requests

DJ Trap welcomes music requests and event preferences. However, specific songs, versions, or requests cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in advance.

Music selections may also be adjusted based on event timing, availability, venue requirements, and professional judgment.

12. Photos & Video

DJ Trap may capture photographs or video at events for promotional, portfolio, website, or social media purposes where permitted.

If you do not want your event used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing before the event. Any separate written agreement concerning photography or video will control.

13. Website Content

All website content, including DJ Trap branding, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, logos, and other materials owned by DJ Trap may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, social media platforms, booking systems, or other services.

DJ Trap is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party services.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DJ Trap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
